Dirk has coached 8 years at Williamsburg High School, 5 years at Williamsburg Middle School, and 5 years at Horizon. 

Josey has been involved with Horizon since 2007 as a player and since 2013 as a coach. Josey started playing volleyball in 5th grade. She played at Whitley County High School and South Laurel High School before earning a scholarship to play at University of the Cumberlands. During her time at Cumberlands Josey played in both DS and Libero positions and the team made it past the first round of the MSC tournament for the first time ever. 
Josey coached at Williamsburg High School for 8 years and has experience coaching all age groups.
