Complete our five step process to sign up and be eligible for our travel & local club seasons!
Step One: Read The Orientation Form
In order for your athlete to be eligible to practice and play in tournaments, you are required to read through this information packet and review our club information. Failure to comply with these rules can result in removal from the club and other clubs in the region, so we ask that you please read through this thoroughly!
Step Two: Sign up with Us
Sign up for our club and give us your team preferences. Before you start, make sure you have reviewed the orientation form to know which team type(s) to sign up for. Please complete all the questions and submit to continue your registration process.
Step Three: Sign up with Pioneer
In order to participate in our tryouts and practices, you will need to be insured through pioneer! This fee is only $10 and covers you through USAV and Pioneer Region.
Step Four: Complete Medical Form
Please complete your medical form and send to horizonvolleyball@outlook.com or bring to tryouts. Once this is completed, your pre-season registration will be complete!
Step Five: Pay Tryout Fee
In order to participate in tryouts, you must pay our non-refundable $50 fee to cover your membership. Please click below to pay online or bring cash/check to your tryout.
Completed these five steps? You’re done!
What Next?
Wait for our email to get a confirmation if you are cleared to tryout! If you have not heard from us by October 1st and it’s been 7 days since you submitted your application, send us an email to check if you’re registered!
